The Harp is located just 80 odd meters from the Moulin Rouge. If you're coming from the metro stop Blanche, just walk past the Moulin Rouge and the bar is on the right hand side. For people coming from Place Clichy, walk towards the Moulin Rouge and you'll find us on the left.
